Pass and Go at 25 Soho Square

Category: News

Ashwell London is delighted to announce the acquisition of another floor on behalf of the Leisure Pass Group, following a fantastically successful 12 months for the company.

The building is contemporary in both look and feel and reflects the energy and character of Soho. This is down to the architects Buckley Gray Yeoman who were the driving force behind this building. With a contemporary, double height staffed reception where the emphasis is on design and minimal industrial palette. This is a reception that is really suited to Soho occupiers, who naturally have an eye for detail.

The fourth floor provides wonderful views over Soho Square with floor to ceiling windows the minimal palette of concrete and steel follows from the reception on to the floor, with exposed ceilings creating an industrial feel. Soho Square is a great address in the heart of creative London. Local occupiers include Dolby, 20th Century Fox, Facebook and Freemantle Media. As you would imagine the area boasts some excellent places to unwind in London such as The House of St Barnabas, Six Storeys, Quo Vadis and The Groucho Club.
